| What is your shipping policy? |

FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING ON SELECT ITEMS WITH A SUBTOTAL OF $39.99 OR MORE!
Simply look for the logo to determine if an item is eligible for free UPS Ground shipping. If the eligible items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $39.99 or more, your order ships FREE! Simply choose Free Shipping (UPS Ground) at checkout.
Note: UPS does not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Please make
sure you have entered a correct shipping address at time of checkout! If a shipment is
returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, a 20%
restocking fee will be assessed and you will be charged to have your
order reshipped.
By submitting your order and selecting a shipping service, you agree to all terms, conditions, and pricing of shipping fees for the selected shipping service. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Digital Blue will not refund or modify shipping charges once your order is submitted -- please ensure you select the correct method of shipping and submit a valid shipping address during checkout to avoid order delays, cancellations, or restocking fees for returned shipments. |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account " link at the bottom of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |
| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| What is your return policy? |

Products can be returned for a refund, minus shipping and handling, within 30 days. To request a return authorization number, please call us at 1-888-800-0502.
Digital Blue will replace any item if it is found to be defective within the twelve month warranty period. Any product that is returned to us and said to be defective will be replaced with the same item only. No refunds, only replacement of the same item to be found defective.
Products returned for any reason other than being defective must be in resellable condition, complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for refund. Do not open the product box or break the outer seal if you are unsure if the product will meet your specifications.
Any item being returned for any reason other than defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a suitable replacement will be offered to the customer. If suitable replacement cannot be found, then a refund will be given. |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
